Mr. Mohamad Fawzy is a licensed lawyer with over 19 years of extensive experience in UAE law. He currently holds the position as Managing Partner at HK Advocates, with extensive experience in representing clients in alternative dispute resolutions, banking & finance, real estate, corporate services, divorce, and more. He holds his Master’s Degree in Law, along with High Diplomas in Private Law and International Trade and Investments Law. Mr. Mohamed is recognized as a published legal researcher and an active member of several legal associations, highlighting his dedication to excellence in the legal profession. 

He’s experienced in handling multiple types of legal issues including reorganization and/or liquidation of debts successfully for both consumers and businesses, disputes and negotiations, corporation and business development, and recovery of debt for creditors. Mr. Mohamed acts as a counsel and legal advisor for various leading multinational companies on arbitration cases both locally (DIAC, ICC, and ADCCAC) and internationally. He offers guidance, ensures regulatory compliance, and represents clients in arbitration and international commercial disputes.

  Among Mr. Mohamed’s notable achievements comes:

• Advocating in arbitration which includes construction and property disputes in the UAE and similar disputes in international trade, conflicts of laws, charter party disputes, agency agreements, and appeals and challenges to Awards.
• Drafting the Memorandum of Association with different types of prestigious companies in UAE (Establishment, Joint Venture, Partnership, and LLC).
• Handling all litigation procedures to liquidate one of the largest stock market brokerage companies in Dubai in the year 2010.
• Having succeeded in administering more than 350 Commercial Cases, and more than 350 Execution Cases – to collect more than Five Hundred Million indebtedness on behalf of his clients in the year 2009. 
• Strategic planning for joint stock and joint venture companies under the UAE Company Laws and the Foreign Investment Law, and all procedures relevant thereto.
