Hamdan Alkaabi
Mr. Hamdan, an Advocate, under the UAE Ministry of Justice, is authorized to represent clients in the Federal Court and local courts in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Beirut Arab University, Class of 1994. With over two decades of expertise, including a period at the Ministry of Interior, Hamdan specializes in arbitration. He has acted as a counsel for tribunals in the UAE demonstrating a strong record in validating and annulling arbitration awards. Since 2012, he has served as the Chairman and Partner at Hamdan Al Kaabi Advocates and Legal Consultancy while also practicing law at the Ministry of Justice. Hamdan’s dedication to education is evident through his participation in training sessions, conferences, and certifications focusing on areas such as arbitration, legal advice, and anti-laundering measures. Proficient in both English and Arabic languages.
