Mr. Misbah is a licensed lawyer from Sudan with almost 15 years of legal experience in the UAE. He has extensive experience in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, drafting briefs and court memorandums as well as arbitration.

He has in-depth knowledge of UAE laws and judicial precedents. His experience includes dealing with matters related to construction, real estate, banking, medical liability, and malpractice. Mr. Misbah is bilingual, in Arabic and English, and is proficient in drafting and communicating in both languages.
